Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before first use, and stopping use if you notice any irritation.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered across Pakistan in 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders of Rs. 6,000 or more. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan on orders up to Rs. 30,000.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will review your refund request, including for opened or used products.
