2. What is Moroccan Hammam skincare? The Moroccan Hammam is a centuries-old spa ritual that deeply cleanses, detoxifies, and brightens the skin using natural ingredients like black soap, clay masks, and argan oil. Our products bring this traditional ritual into an easy at-home routine.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, so you only pay when your order arrives at your door.
4. Where do you deliver, and how long does shipping take? We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via PostEx courier. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your city. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,900.
5. Are your products authentic? Yes. All ZeroCare products are 100% authentic, sourced and formulated to traditional Moroccan hammam standards. Our formulations have been PCSIR tested and found non-sensitizing and non-irritant.

Nila and Aker Fassi are two of the most popular hammam ingredients, but they serve very different purposes. Nila (Moroccan Indigo) is a deep blue powder made from the indigo plant — it is calming, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal. Use it to soothe irritated skin, treat eczema, fight acne, and calm redness. Aker Fassi (Pomegranate & Poppy) is a red powder made from dried pomegranate skin and poppy petals — it tightens pores, reduces dullness, and gives skin a natural rosy glow. In short: use Nila for irritated, acne-prone, or inflamed skin; use Aker Fassi for dull, uneven, or tired-looking skin.
