Refund Policy

At Zero Care, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple 14-day refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Used or opened skincare or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at zerocarepk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions.

  3. Ship the product to our office at the following address:

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
