  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000

  • For orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
