At Zerocare.uk, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

✅ Order Cancellation Before Shipping

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund (if prepaid).

🚫 Orders Already Shipped

• Once your order has been shipped or handed to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

• However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange after receiving your item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

⚠️ Refusing Delivery / Wrong Address

• If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
